More on "The Promise" Taming Emotions by Psychologist

Psychologist to Johnny Depp:

Scene: Ps shows famous crimes in the world and hard copy pictures of them. He picks up the famous case of Ted Bundy, who was superficially handsome, charming, and charismatic, and used these qualities to full advantage. He was a necrophile. His first love left him. She left him because of his immaturity and lack of ambition in life. It caused a lot of pain. He became focused in life and then wins her back. And he treats her as she treated him and leaves her. He just wanted to prove to himself that he could have married her. Many girls and beautiful women disappeared. He was put to death in a electric chair by court. He tells little background about Mike Tyson.
Scene: Ps turns to Johnny Depp and says: You can tame your emotions. They are like beasts, they are like powerful animals, they can be cruel and they can eat you. If you tame your animal, it will listen to you, and then you can rid on it like a tough warrior and win in the battle field. They can be your best friends or your worst enemies. They are like fire, they can cook you food or they can burn your house. Do you let them play with you or you choose to play with them? “Life always gives choices, even in the worst possible scenario”.

Scene: Ps to Johnny Depp:  You must treat your animal with respect. Don’t kill it. It gives life. It gives death. But it shows that you exist. I’ll teach you how to play with your Animal. I’ll teach you how to ride on it like a bright warrior and win the race.

Scene: Ps to Johnn Depp: You are not God. First thing, stop acting like God. They longer you hide your Animal, the lesser it listens to you and it can throw you scattered. You must train your Animal like they train the Spartans, and Gladiators, and wild horses and finally win in the battle field.
